Sleep; it is something so important for our health, yet many, many women struggle with getting adequate, restorative sleep. In my practice, I find the majority of women fall in to one of two categories: they have always struggled to get good sleep, or since turning 35yo+ sleep struggles have crept in. Often time hormonal shifts are to blame for sleep struggles. Sometimes it is stress that is the root cause of sleep being elusive.
