The Metabolic Reset is a comprehensive weight-wellness program that will transform your metabolic health so you can achieve your healthy weight sustainably. Based on functional medicine principles and carefully developed with a dietician, this program is geared towards improving your metabolism for healthy weight loss and promoting overall well-being. The Metabolic Reset includes a consult and lab evaluation, a customized anti-inflammatory nutrition plan, weekly B12 injections, weekly coaching and education, and prescription medications if eligible.

A healthy sex life is a fundamental component of a longer, more fulfilling life, which is why we created Launching Lido, a results-driven and holistic program designed to boost sexual desire. Our exclusive approach was developed by a women's health expert to transform your sex life by addressing both physiological and psychological aspects of libido through hormone balancing, lifestyle modifications, supplementation, and prescription medication when appropriate. 

Please note that Launching Libido can be part of the hormone balancing package or as a stand-alone package.

Nurture and Empower Wellness Program

  1. If you’re ready to begin your hormone healing journey, schedule your appointment!

  2. Once you’ve scheduled your appointment, please fill out the medical forms and consents and submit them before your appointment. 

  3. During your comprehensive one-hour initial visit, we will have an in-depth discussion about your health concerns, goals, and history, and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Your initial visit is $397 which also includes lab work. 

  4. After your initial visit, I will order blood work to be drawn at your local Labcorp in Arnold. Then I will contact you with the results and your custom treatment plan and have your medications and supplements shipped to your home.
